When will my order be ready / what is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard production time is 14 working days; however we often have orders ready sooner. We will provide you with a completion date when you place an order so you know what to expect. If you need a faster turnaround, we also offer a 3 day express service.

Do you have samples for sizing?
We have our most popular items in a range of various sizes and colours in our showroom. You are welcome to visit at any time to see samples, no need to make an appointment. Our samples are also printed and embroidered so you can see the quality of our work for yourself. You can even get a sneak peek at our working factory.

Can I mix and match garment types e.g. hoodies, polo shirts and fleeces in one order?
Yes, you can mix and match garments, sizes and colours within one order. An example of this would be sports clubs where the team may have blue children’s hoodies and the coaches have black adult’s hoodies. Get all of your indoor and outdoor sportswear, workwear and school wear branded to maintain a consistent look and feel to your business, brand or club. There are lots of possibilities for personalized clothing colours, sizes and styles. Get in touch to find out how we can help.

Can I see a mock-up/visual/approval before you start producing my order?
Unless you’re getting standard plain text embroidery or transfers we’ll always send out visuals before starting production on an order. After you’ve placed your order and sent in your artwork/logo we’ll email you a pdf ‘visual’ or ‘proof’. These will include colours, measurements and placement information. You will need to approve this visual before we proceed with producing your order.

Can you match print, embroidery and clothing to a colour of my choice?
We have a great selection of colours across our products. We’ll try our best to match colours as closely as possible on garments and threads. We can match our screen-printing inks to a Pantone reference if required.

Can you use my embroidery logo as artwork for screen-printing?
If you sent us a high quality jpeg or vector file, then yes we can. If we don’t have either of these on file for you then unfortunately we cannot use an embroidery file for printing as the processes are quite different. Want to know more? Watch our 1 min video to see the process behind setting up artwork for print and embroidery.

What size is left chest embroidery logo & large back logo?
We have standard sizing for left chest and large back. However you are not restricted to those. Size of print or embroidery can vary depending on the type of garment and its size. It’s worth noting that if you are mixing adults and children’s garments with the same print the smallest garment (e.g. age 3-4) will look quite different to the largest adult garment (e.g. XXL). Customers may choose to set-up two print versions if there is a very large range of sizes being printed.

Do you have any garments that don’t have the brand labels attached (tagless)?
Yes, we have a number of tagless products and some with detachable tags including t-shirts and hoodies. These are great if you would like to create your own range of self-branded products. We can print branding on the back inside neck for this.

Tagless garments are also great if labels simply drive you mad.

Can you embroider/print individual names, nicknames, initials or numbers?
Yes, we can easily add individual names, nicknames, initials or numbers to garments using embroidery or transfer print. Popular positions include right chest, upper sleeve and large back. This is popular with school trips, leaver’s hoodies, university clubs and societies, sports teams and hen or stag parties.

How will my order be packed?
We offer a poly-bagging service for any customer. If you ask for your order to be ‘bagged’ we’ll fold and bag each garment in clear bag. This helps keeps the garments clean and tidy. If you prefer not to have you order bagged then we will neatly pack the order without the extra packaging.

How long will the print and embroidery last?
We use high quality, durable Plastisol inks that will ensure your prints stay vibrant and last wash after wash. We ensure that we take our time printing and curing each print for a consistent quality on every garment. We use high quality Madeira threads, manufactured in Germany, for all our embroidery. These threads are strong, durable and colourfast meaning your embroidery will stay looking good for a long time.

What’s the best way to wash my printed & embroidered clothing?
Every garment that we supply will come with its own care label from the manufacturer. We recommend washing garments at 30/40°C unless a cooler wash is stated on the garment care instructions. We would advise you to avoid dry-cleaning, tumble drying (unless on a cool setting) or ironing printed garments.
